The “IGY6” simply means I Got Your 6!

So when you put it together it literally means, “Life continues, and I Got Your 6” which is another way of saying I am here for you!

Let them know they are seen, let them know they are heard, and let them know that their story matters!

Let them know that you want them to stay, and that the world is better with them in it!

Motivate them to always look for another solution. That there is always another way up, out, and FORWARD!!!!

Help them KEEP MOVING FORWARD and remind them that you got their 6!!!
